Our holiday flats and rooms not only offer you the ideal starting point for relaxation, nature and sport, but also a place where warmth and trust take centre stage. Surrounded by the fascinating Kleinarl mountains on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park, our house is a refuge of relaxation - far away from everyday life and full of opportunities to feel good.

Our wellness area invites you to relax with a Finnish sauna (for up to 8 people), steam bath, infrared cabin with coloured light, experience showers (waterfall, rain shower, Kneipp hose) and a relaxation area. After a day of skiing or hiking, there's nothing better than pampering your muscles and leaving everyday life behind. Sauna towels and use of the wellness area are included.
Outdoor playground & indoor playroom
We attach great importance to the well-being of our little guests. Children can really let off steam in our garden: Trampoline, sandpit, swings, slides, climbing tower, go-karts and our cute rabbits provide plenty of fun.
In bad weather or in the evening, the children's playroom in the house offers entertainment with table tennis, books and lots of games - a popular meeting place for young and old. Of course, there is also free WLAN here. The perfect family holiday for children with lots of variety!
Barrier-free access
Our cosy and barrier-free flat house Elmo offers a passenger lift, which is particularly advantageous for arrivals and departures as well as for elderly or mobility-impaired guests. All apartments and rooms are wheelchair accessible to ensure a comfortable stay. Perfect for a relaxing holiday without obstacles!
Ski room
Our spacious ski cellar, which is only accessible to house guests, offers plenty of space for ski equipment in winter and for hiking equipment and bicycles in summer. The locked room is ideal for storing everything safely and enjoying the breathtaking nature right in front of the house.
The large ski boot dryer ensures dry and warm feet every day. It offers enough space for all shoes and is also perfect for hiking boots in summer. So every outdoor day starts pleasantly and comfortably!
Sustainability
Sustainability is very important to us, and we do everything we can to promote environmentally friendly solutions and constantly develop ourselves further - for a future based on trust and responsibility.
With our new photovoltaic system and environmentally friendly district heating as well as a new charging station for electric vehicles, we want to actively contribute to climate protection. We reduce our ecological footprint by avoiding waste, recycling and using environmentally friendly detergents and cleaning agents. We consciously avoid using chemical fertilisers and maintain a large garden with a variety of plants and trees that provides a valuable habitat for bees and insects - a place that invites people and animals alike to linger.
Climate-friendly journey by train & bus
Salzburg Central Station is only about an hour away and offers excellent connections to Germany and beyond.

From there you can easily reach Wagrain-Kleinarl by bus or taxi.

> Line 520: Radstadt - Altenmarkt - Reitdorf - Wagrain

> Line 522: Flachauwinkl - Flachau - Altenmarkt - Radstadt

Catering
Bread roll service, breakfast or half board - just as you like it!
For a relaxed start to the day, we offer a bread roll service on request. Alternatively, you can opt for a hearty breakfast or even half board.
The breakfast buffet and dinner are served in the cosy neighbouring Hotel Ennskraxblick. Here you can expect not only a cosy atmosphere, but also first-class Austrian cuisine prepared with lots of love.
